Karanbir Hayer is a dedicated Registered Nurse with more than 15 years of healthcare experience across a variety of clinical settings, including hospitals, correctional healthcare, case management, and long-term care services.
Throughout his nursing career, Karanbir has developed extensive experience caring for diverse patient populations with complex medical, behavioral, and chronic health needs. His background includes direct patient care in hospital settings, providing nursing services within correctional facilities, and coordinating care for Medicaid clients as a case manager. These experiences have given him a strong understanding of healthcare systems, interdisciplinary collaboration, care coordination, and regulatory compliance.
As a Nurse Delegator, Karanbir is committed to supporting Adult Family Homes, Assisted Living Facilities, caregivers, and private-pay clients by providing comprehensive nursing assessments, caregiver training, competency verification, and ongoing clinical oversight.
